I noticed a problem, i can not mark as read the solution forums.They get marked only when after i read them.

Can not reproduce it.
Maybe it`s because the menu does not refresh after you click the "mark all read"?

I think it is because of the menu...
After pressing "mark read" the menu will still think you got unread messages, same might apply for the forum page, because the unread threads are queried before the forum.php
The same annoying behaviour applies to lots of functionality, like the links, pm, etc.
