No, it's not, register and login both broken by PHP upgrades someone did without checking things 
UPDATE: I fixed the captcha loading, and the crash on login, but it seems the captcha is not solvable for some reason, needs more investigation.

I installed latest gwf3 for wanda, and because of that the challenge might be totally broken, because i fixed the bug in the offcial repo.
I think we will have to remove this challenge, sadly
PS: I have hidden a secret message in the credits scroller when i created the content

Yes, and there's no chance to make it working, as I understand. Renaming it to (broken) for now.
Maybe we should consider deleting it or implementing an archiving mechanism.
